OUR STORY

Back in 2013, we started with a simple goal to create some additional income.  We bought our first investment property and  were  able to sell the remodeled house in 5 days from the time it went into the market.  We quickly applied the BRRR principle and became good at it while creating more than expected side income. 

Our confidence grew and we started sharing our success principles with like minded folks; to whom we then offered similar avenues  of creating additional income via Real Estate. 

Fast forward to today,  here at Insim properties we now service everyone from first time home buyers to seasoned investors. Our portfolio ranges in all kinds of clients who are looking to invest their money in real estate and generate substantial ROI.
